Confirm that you are authorized to share the information and documents, that the account is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that any limitation, insolvency, dispute, or active legal issue is disclosed. For an MCA file, prepare the agreement date, funded amount, remittance method, claimed balance, payment history, merchant status, jurisdiction, and known objections.
Upload only relevant records. Do not include payment-card data, online-banking credentials, health records, government account passwords, or other information that is not necessary for the review.
